The "Refer Madness" of prison reform. While I am all for prison reform in America, I found almost nothing in this presentation informative, accurate, or relevant. The thesis that Fremont county is a reflection of its prisons is deceptive, unrehearsed, and a simple fraud. I guess if you walk into a project with blinders on, having already decided what you want to find before you get there, you end up with this drivel of propeganda rather than journalism.
