wage for prisoners

    Hi, does anybody know a recent comparision of wages earned by prisoners? Here in Germany, wages are also extremly low, somewhere between 1 and 2 euro per hour. (I remember 1,17Euro, but I am not sure).

    There are prisoners in the US working for as little as 23 cents (about .15 Euro) per hour.
